Free EMR & Laboratory System — Yours to Keep
Claim it now and it stays free for your facility permanently. Not a trial, not an introductory rate — the licence is yours for good. We are only giving it away for a limited period; after that the EMR becomes a product we sell.
- Free permanently, not for a trial period — once your facility is set up, the licence does not expire and does not start costing money later.
- No limits — no cap on staff logins, patients, tests or records. A busy month does not cost you more than a quiet one.
- Patient records — consultations, history, prescriptions and appointments in one place instead of across three notebooks.
- Laboratory (LIS) — test requests, sample tracking and results that reach the requesting clinician without a paper chase.
- Set up with you, not sent to you — we walk your team through it rather than emailing a login and wishing you luck.
The terms, plainly
- The EMR and the LIS themselves
- Every feature — nothing held back for a paid tier
- Unlimited staff, patients, tests and records
- For as long as your facility uses it
- Ongoing maintenance and support
- Customisation — changes specific to how your facility works
You will be told what maintenance or customisation costs before you agree to either. Neither is required to claim the free licence or to keep it.
What happens after you submit
- We read what you have sent and check the fit for your facility.
- Someone from REWA reaches out on the number you give us.
- If it makes sense, we book a short session to get you set up.

Questions people ask
Free forever — genuinely? What is the catch?
The catch is the deadline, and that is the whole of it. We are giving the licence away for a limited period. After that the EMR becomes a product we sell, and a facility coming to us the following week pays for it. Your facility does not, then or ever. There is no second stage where the free licence quietly turns into a bill.
Why give it away at all?
Because we do not earn from the licence. We earn from maintenance and from customisation — the work of keeping a system running well and shaping it around how a particular facility actually operates. Getting good facilities onto the software early is worth more to us than the licence fee, and charging for both would just put a barrier between us and the people we want to be working with. If you never buy either, you have still got the system, and that is a fair outcome for us.
So what do you actually charge for?
Two things, and only if you want them:
- Maintenance — ongoing support, someone to call when something is wrong, and keeping the system healthy as you grow.
- Customisation — changes specific to your facility: your forms, your report layouts, your workflow, anything that connects to another system you already run.
Both are quoted before any work starts. Neither is a condition of claiming the free licence or of keeping it.
Who owns the patient data?
You do. It is your facility's data, it stays your facility's data, and you can ask for an export of it at any time. Ask us on the call exactly where it is stored and who can reach it — you should be asking that of any vendor, including us.
Do we have to switch everything at once?
No, and you should not. Most facilities start with one part — records or the lab — run it alongside what they have for a short, fixed overlap, and move the rest once the team is comfortable.
What do you need from us?
A working internet connection, whoever runs your front desk and lab for a short training session, and a decision about which records actually need to move across. That is usually active patients and current balances, not fifteen years of everything.
